Ive really got the mountian biking bug now have some trips away planned to Scotland and wales and Ive come to the conclusion that my trusty old Trek just isn't gonna make it. Im getting quicker on the bike and on the rough stuff the hard tail just isn't having it. Had a couple of laps round Graftham water to demo new bike I was thinking of buying. The trail was bit tame compared with some of the rides Ive been doing lately but the bike I was testing was fantastic. Its a full sus bike but its a bit clever with the rear shock set up as it doesn't bob when you ride up hill if you stay in the saddle. The difference with disc brakes as well they stop so much better. Well the demo really sold the bike so
Ive parted with money now just have go and pick it up on Monday
